Over the span of 39+ years, Maureen has held success in the real estate industry as Chief Operations Officer, sales professional, manager, trainer, and performance accountability coach, chief officer of recruiting and business development, facilitator of mergers and acquisitions, and a business consultant.​​

Maureen has assisted brokers and owners in building successful real estate businesses, creating systems and platforms, helping increase profit margins, and growing organic market share and revenue within their individual businesses.​ She is committed to helping brokers take their businesses to the next level and helping sales agents grow their real estate careers into successful businesses.​

Her strengths include working with brokers by assessing and focusing on business fundamentals, goal setting, accountability, creativity, building and implementing systems, recruiting, retention, and applying technology for measurable results.​

Maureen is the proud mother of four amazing children, all born and raised in the Bay Area, and two exceptional grandchildren. She was born and raised in New York and has been a Bay Area resident for 40 years. Maureen enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and attributes her focus to the balance in both her career and personal life. She also shares a love for hiking, physical fitness, and adventure excursions.
